  1. What payment methods does RainWise accept?

    • RainWise is pleased to accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
    • If you choose to send a check in advance, you can print your internet order and send it along with a check for the total amount of your order to:

  2. How can I place an order with RainWise?

    RainWise welcomes your orders by telephone or via our website, http://rainwise.com.

    • To order via telephone: Please call us at 1-800-762-5723 from Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm ET.
    • To order via our website: Visit our Products section to browse our product line. Then, create an account to add to your cart and place your order. We'll process your order safely and securely and protect your privacy.

  3. When will RainWise charge my credit card?

    • Your credit card will be charged on the day your order is shipped. Payment must be made using a current, valid credit card and must be charged to one card only. Payments cannot be split on to several cards.

  4. Does RainWise offer "COD" or charge-on-delivery ordering?

    • RainWise does offer to ship your order "COD", meaning payment for your order will be due upon delivery. Please note that UPS does add a $7.50 per carton charge when they collect your payment upon delivery. As the consumer, you are responsible for those and any other COD-related delivery charges billed by the delivery carrier.
    • To place a COD order with RainWise, please call us at 1-800-762-5723.

Shipping Information

  1. When will my order be shipped?

    • Orders are generally processed the Business Day following your online order. Most items are factory stock and will be shipped from Bar Harbor, Maine within 1-3 business days. This, of course, may be subject to any unforeseen (yet rare) product shortages.

  2. What are the necessary requirements to receive the RainWise "Free Shipping" offer?

    • The "Free Shipping" offer applies to "Ground Shipments" only.
    • The "Free Shipping" offer only applies to orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. only.
    • The "Free Shipping" offer only applies to orders made via our website, located at http://rainwise.com.
    • The "Free Shipping" offer only applies to orders of $250 or more.

  3. Are expedited or Air Shipment available?

    • Yes. To upgrade your order to either our Next Day or Second Day freight shipping options, please contact RainWise by calling 1-800-762-5723. For upgraded shipping, RainWise accepts credit cards or UPS or FedEx accounts.

  4. Does RainWise ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

    • Yes, but shipments to Hawaii must be made by "Air" only and UPS Blue or Red charges will be made to your credit card. Depending on which service you require. Ground service is available to Alaska but does not qualify for free shipping. You will be contacted by a representative and asked to approve the charges before any charges are applied to your credit card.

  5. Does RainWise ship to countries outside the U.S.?

    • We do ship to countries outside the U.S. However, our "Free Shipping" offer does not apply to territories outside the contiguous United States. Shipping charges for orders shipped to all other areas area the responsibility of the customer.
    • We strive to choose the fastest and most economical method available. Any customs fees, document fees, and VAT taxes are also the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

  1. What are the conditions and process for returning products?

    • RainWise will accept the return of non-defective, unaltered Products within 30 days of purchase for a refund, credit or exchange. Defective Products are handled through our warranty program and Service department.
    • All returns must have a valid ‘Returned Authorization’ (RA) number on the outside of the package(s); please contact service@rainwise.com for an RA number.
    • Product and original packaging must be packed with sufficient internal padding and come back in perfect "resalable" condition. Contact RainWise for proper packing instructions.
    • All returns are subject to a maximum 20% restocking fee. Return of custom orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis only.
    • End User is responsible for freight costs via US Mail, UPS, or other common carrier for returns, and returns must be postage paid. We do not accept C.O.D shipments.
