At a recent convention in Iowa, RainWise VP, Carsten Steenberg, was pleased to discover that our compact aervane is praised by industry professionals for it's unique design: unlike our trademark rotary blade design, other companies use 3-cup anemometers. The cups are susceptible to collecting water that can cause freezing and breaking, leading to repeated down time and ongoing expensive replacements. In addition, our design utilizes an internal, contact-free magnetic system that provides constant horizontal wind tracking. Other products have internal mechanical parts that wear out over time and require replacement. Finally, our product is crafted in such a way as to minimize crevices in the body of unit that would be susceptible to ice build-up causing downtime and breakage. No wonder RainWise has such a great reputation for dependability! This goes to show just how valuable customer feedback is; if you have any comments regarding the unique design or function of any of our products, we'd love to hear from you.
